About me

Assertiveness, creativity and collaborative work are my strengths. All positive ideas must be considered due to their ability to complement one another, aiming for a bright solution.I am used to working with short or medium-sized deadlines, and personally, I can say that pressure enhances my creativity and productivity.I am from São Paulo, the capital of São Paulo State in Brazil, my age is twenty years old.

Studies

Since 2020, I have been studying Digital Games in Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC), located in São Paulo, for a bachelor's degree, which encompasses the understanding of game development from the idea to its publication and the cooperative work. The expected graduation date will be at the end of 2023.
Among all areas, I became more interested in game design, narrative, 3D animation, and pixel art, which I have been studying aside from university. Due to this fact, I built expertise in software such as Photoshop, Premiere, Blender, 3Ds Max, Maya, Aseprite, Microssoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Additionally, I have experience working with Unity and Unreal Engine 4
I also aim to gather more knowledge from different courses to increase my set of tools, such as SENAC's Introduction to 3Ds Max , which I finished in the middle of July 2022. Moreover, still from SENAC SP, I looking foward to concept art, 2D animation, animation producer & management, and graphic design courses. In addition, I also studied drama at Macunaíma Drama School. I was granted a beginner's level certificate and, now, I am heading towards professional. From what I see, studying drama is more than acting; the expertise learned is useful for many aspects of communication, not only by emphasizing social skills but also the ability to tell stories from animations and the game environment. Also, drama classes enhance the ability to develop spatial awareness, which is a valuable skill to achieve excellence in level design and composition.I also attended English classes at CNA for six years, and I was awarded the Cambridge Certificate level B2 by attending the assessment at the end of the course.

Experiences

Since the start of my graduation, I have been working on short-term period projects with varying deadlines, from one week up to two months.Additionally, I competed in GameJam+, in the name of the team FoxTales and won in the state of Pernambuco, Caruaru. Our game was also awarded as the Best Diversity Game of that edition. For Anahí, the GameJam+ game pointed out previously, I produced pixel art assets for the main boss, its animations, and the animations for the main character. In addition, I designed game mechanics and the narrative progression, based on the story we built together referencing guarani's religion, a native ethnic group from Brazil. You can check out our game hereI also have six months of internship experience at Diego Studio Games, an independent studio that showed a preview for its upcoming game "The Cinquini's" at the Brasil Game Show in 2022.Game projects made at the university:
Netuno's Curse
Nárkissos

Goals

My initial objective is to work as an intern or junior-level employee in areas that I pursue professionally and intend to follow as a career, such as game design, narrative writing, 3D animation, and pixel art.
I am willing to apply for remote activities or, if it is located in the city of São Paulo, in-person jobs.
